Payment and refund policies:

50% payment is required to confirm a reservation.

Initial payment is refundable if cancellation is requested before 7 days prior to the reservation date.

The remaining 50% must be paid 48 hours before the service.

Any cancellation within 48 hours of service is non-refundable.

Cancellation by visitors:

For day visits, in the case of a cancellation 48 hours before the booked date or a NO SHOW by one or more

participants, the total amount of the service will be charged.

For multi-day visits, in the case of a cancellation within one week before the booked date or a NO SHOW by one or more participants, the total amount of the service will be charged.

In case of cancellation during the activity due to illness or accidents evacuation procedure will be followed if

necessary and the total amount of the service will be charged.
